Kashmir Green Tea Recipe
Baked Green Tea Custard
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup of sugar for Custard
1/2 cup of sugar to caramelize
1/2 tsp of salt
1 1/2 cups milk, scalded
1/2 cup Oregon Chai Green TeaCaramelize 1/2 cup of sugar. Pour a little into each custard cup. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat eggs, sugar and salt slightly to mix. Stir in scalded milk and Green Tea Concentrate. Pour into 8 custard cups. Set cups in a pan of hot water (1″ deep). Bake 40 minutes or until a knife inserted 1″ from edge comes out clean. Remove from oven.
