Monin syrups are highly concentrated and made from natural fruits, nuts, spices, water and sugar. Use it to flavor your espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, coffee or teas. Great for Italian sodas and bar drinks. Makes a perfect granita or smoothie drink. No artificial flavoring and no preservatives. Monin syrups do not include any fat or cholesterol. Some (very few) flavors contain USFDA certified coloring additives.

Basic Flavored Butter

• 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Whipped Butter (at room temperature)
• 3 Teaspoon Monin Apricot Syrup

• Put butter into a chilled bowl and begin mixing on low, or whip by hand.
• Gradually, add syrups.
• Mixture will separate at first, but continue to whip until homogenizes.
• Once blended, transfer to chilled butter mold or ramekin.
• Chill in the refrigerator till firm.
