Monin syrups are highly concentrated and made from natural fruits, nuts, spices, water and sugar. Use it to flavor your espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, coffee or teas. Great for Italian sodas and bar drinks. Makes a perfect granita or smoothie drink. No artificial flavoring and no preservatives. Monin syrups do not include any fat or cholesterol. Chocolate Chestnut Cheese Cake

Ingredients Crust
1 cup Honey Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/3 firmly packed Brown Sugar
1/4 (1/2 stick) Unsalted Butter, Melted

• Mix crumbs, brown sugar, and butter together
• Press onto bottom of a 9-inch spring form pan and bake for 10 min. @ 325 degrees

Filling
4 pkg (8 oz ea) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1 Cup granulated sugar
2 Tbs. flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 Tbsp Monin Chestnut Syrup
2 Tbs semisweet cocoa
4 eggs

• Mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, flour and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
• Blend in Monin Syrup and Cocoa.
• Add the eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition, just until blended.
• Pour filling over crust and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until center is almost set. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake.
• Cool on wire rack before removing from pan.
• Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
• Garnish and serve.

Chestnut Flavored Whipped Cream
1 Pint heavy whipping cream
3 oz Monin Chestnut Syrup
1 Tbs Semisweet cocoa powder

• Whip cream to soft peaks and add the syrup gradually.
• Continue whipping flavored cream until stiff peaks form.
• Spoon into pastry bag and decorate cake with chestnut cream rosettes.
• Dust rosettes with cocoa powder.
