This Gayo Mountain Organic Sumatran is certified OCIA. It is grown on the northern part of the island of Sumatra at altitudes of 2,500 to 5,000 feet. This is a washed coffee and results in a fine looking bean with fewer imperfections. It suggests nuttiness with subtle trace of herbs in the cup. It has a heavy body with nice acidity.
