Apple Crumb Chai Pie
6 cups of peeled chopped apples
1.8 oz of the Original Lattte Mix
1 tbsp of water
1 cup of oats
3/4 cup of flour
3/4 cup of packed brown sugar
1/2 of softened margarineHeat oven to 375 degrees. Put chopped apples in 8×8 pan (or round pie dish). Add water and sprinkle with 1 1/2 teaspoons of Chai Mix. In a bowl stir remaining Chai Mix into margarine. Add oats, flour and brown sugar, stir until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Baked until golden brown and apples are tender. About 25-30 minutes. Delicious with Monin Caramel sauce and Vanilla ice cream.
