The world’s first commercial coffee was shipped from the now silted port of Al Mukah, hence the name Mocha. This coffee is cultivated on the terraced mountain slopes of the Southwestern Arabian peninsula. This naturally milled coffee has an intensely aromatic cup, rich and complex, suggesting a marriage of spiced fruit and fermented honey, accented with aftertones of bittersweet chocolate. It has good acidity with a strong winey character.
